Students who meet the following criteria may apply for this scholarship:
The ability to overcome personal adversity.
Significant contribution to school based athletics.
Evidence of significant academic effort.
Selection Process:
Applicants will be required to fill out an application form and provide a one page letter explaining how their experience has qualified them for this scholarship by March 31st.
Students who apply for the scholarship will be both interviewed and assessed by a nomination committee composed of the ASF Board of Advisors.
Each year’s winner will be announced at Gordon Bell’s graduation ceremony.
